Usage

BCIP is the histochemistry substrate of alkaline phosphatase.

BCIP have two forms of salt : disodium salts dissolved in water, on toluidine - dissolved in dimethyl formamide ( dmf ). These salts can be used for  preparing storage solution and response buffer  which can be combined with NBT.
