Product Introduction

ADA is a yellow to orange red crystalline powder with dual effects of bleaching and oxidation. ADA is mainly used as a fast processing agent for flour, as well as a desulfurizer for water gas and semi water gas in the production of synthetic ammonia, a dye intermediate, and a biological buffer.

Application of ADA

The earliest inkjet printing technology can be traced back to the 1950s, when a researcher at Bell Laboratories invented droplet spraying technology and used it to create the world's first inkjet printer. The water-based ink used in inkjet printers is mainly composed of water-soluble resins, organic pigments, solvents, and related additives through composite grinding and processing. In existing technology, when using water-based inkjet ink compositions, when some parts have good performance, sometimes other properties are reduced. Therefore, in the development of water-based inkjet ink compositions, it is also necessary to evenly improve multiple of the required properties. Therefore, CN114958088A patent has developed a water-based inkjet ink composition, which is composed of pigment, water, polyols with a standard boiling point above 270.0, and 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone. In addition, the water-based inkjet ink composition can contain surfactants, resin particles, pH regulators, chelating agents, ureas, preservatives, mold inhibitors, sugars, etc.

pH regulators can be an appropriate combination of acids, bases, weak acids, and weak bases. Adipic acid, citric acid, succinic acid, lactic acid, BES, HEPES, MES, MOPS, ADA, PIPES, ACES, diethylnicotinamide hydrochloride, TES Buffers such as acetamide glycine salt, trimethylglycine, glycine amide, and dihydroxyethyl glycine.

Due to the high standard boiling point (304 ℃) of 1- (2-hydroxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone, the rate of volatilization is inhibited after attachment to the surface of the recording medium, and the surface of the recording medium is easily maintained in a solvent wetted state. 1-(2-hydroxyethyl)-2-pyrrolidone can also help suppress the shrinkage caused by drying, especially in recording media containing cellulose. In addition, polyols with a standard boiling point above 270.0 ℃ can improve the moisture absorption/moisturizing properties of water-based inkjet ink compositions due to their multiple hydroxyl groups. Therefore, they can effectively inhibit the violent evaporation of solvents such as water from the recording medium and inhibit the curling of the recording medium.
