Conductive polymers have the characteristics of adjustable structure, stable environment, excellent physical and chemical properties, and simple preparation methods. They are an ideal material with controllable conductivity gradients, making them a research hotspot in many fields such as wettability switches, solar cells, and sensors. They are currently one of the intelligent materials with great application prospects; At present, various other methods such as electronic control, temperature control, and light control are used to prepare infiltration switches. However, these methods are difficult to implement due to the complex manufacturing process. In situ polymerization is a simple and scalable method. However, fabrics prepared by in-situ polymerization on ordinary fabrics generally have poor water washing resistance, and further improvement of their water washing resistance is still needed.Therefore, the CN102619093B patent provides a super hydrophobic and washable conductive fabric and a preparation method. The specific preparation method is as follows:

1. Clean and air dry the self-made polyester synthetic fiber/cotton blend fabric with deionized water;

Soak them in 1M NaOH and HCl solutions for 12 hours, wash them with deionized water, air dry them, and cut them into 10 pieces × 8cm2 long strip, treated with low-pressure plasma for 10 minutes, cut into 2 × 2cm2for in-situ polymerization (at 0 ℃, 0.02mol 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene monomer and 80mL (1mol/L) of potassium perfluorooctane sulfonate emulsion were added to 50mL of distilled water and magnetically stirred, and add 10 pieces of 2×22cm sized polyester synthetic fiber/cotton blend fabric that have undergone desizing treatment, and sonicate for 5 minutes, and then add 100mL 1mol/L of p-toluenesulfonic acid iron solution to the above system for 8 hours. After the reaction is completed, take out the fabric, wash its surface adhesion with deionized water first, then soak and wash the fabric in anhydrous ethanol until the washing solution is colorless, and then dry it under infrared light, Obtain a dark green poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polyester cotton blended composite conductive fabric.

The method of the present invention is an in-situ chemical oxidation polymerization method, which has the advantages of simplicity, simplicity of equipment, and suitability for large-scale production.
