To support our website consolidation and strengthen email security and deliverability, Yacoo Science is updating its corporate email domain.

What’s changing?

· Our official email domain will change from @yacoo.com.cn to @yacooscience.com.

· Effective date: [2025.07.23].

· Transition period: All existing @yacoo.com.cn mailboxes will remain active for at least six (6) months after the effective date, with auto-forwarding to the corresponding @yacooscience.com addresses.

What you need to do

1. Update your vendor/supplier master data and any purchasing/ERP/portal records to the new @yacooscience.com emails.

2. Whitelist/safelist the domain yacooscience.com (and our sending IPs, if applicable) to avoid blocking RFQs/POs or invoices.

3. Please reply to confirm that your records have been updated.

Critically important — No change to banking details

This email update does not involve any change to Yacoo Science bank accounts, beneficiaries, payment instructions, registered company names, addresses, tax IDs,or phone numbers.

· We will not request changes to payment or banking details via email alone.

· If you ever receive a message asking to modify payment information, treat it as suspicious and verify through our official phone numbers or your known account manager before taking any action.

Your current Yacoo contacts will advise you of their corresponding new addresses. During the transition, messages sent to the old domain will be forwarded automatically.
