2. HEPES (4-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazineethanesulfonic acid, cas:7365-45-9 )

HEPES is a zwitterionic buffer used in cell culture media for various types of organisms, protein research and for the balancing of acidic substances in cosmetic solutions. The annual capacity of HEPES is 500 tons.

3. MOPS(3-(N-morpholino)propanesulfonic acid, cas:1132-61-2)

MOPS is a Good's buffer which can be applied to biochemical diagnostic kits, DNA/RNA extraction kits and PCR kits. It can also be as electrophoresis buffer and protein purification chromatography buffer. In addition, MOPS is used as buffer in cell culture media and biosynthesis.

The annual capacity of MOPS is 500 tons.
