Parylene
Parylene is a kind protective polymer material, it has good penetration and can be deposited inside the component forming a uniform transparent insulation coating without pinhole. Waterproof, mouldproof, anti-salt spray, parylene provides a complete high-quality protective coating for components. According to the different molecular structure, Parylene can be split into Parylene N, C, D, HT, F type. The type used on the PCB of keyboard are Parylene N.
Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) process
Compared to the traditional coating technology, the CVD process completely overcome the shortcomings, the coatings are uniform, no pores, and environmental protection.
Parylene can not only be used on the keyboard, but also used in optoelectronic materials, magnetic materials, multi-functional waterproof clothing, cultural relics protection and other fields.
